Official Statement – Misconduct by Former Club President
Following our earlier announcement, Dragon City FC confirms that former president Sergey Kundik was dismissed for serious misconduct.
An internal investigation revealed that Mr. Kundik used his position to demand payments from foreign players and their representatives, the funds were received into his personal account, including money intended for visas and travel, which he did not provide to the international players.
He was also found to be preparing similar deceptive offers for the upcoming winter window.
Dragon City FC condemns these actions and is cooperating with relevant authorities to ensure accountability. We remain committed to transparency and protecting the integrity of our players and club.
Official Disclaimer and Legal Action Notice
This is to officially declare that Dragon City Club hereby disclaims any and all responsibility for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, scams, or misrepresentation, conducted by the individual referred to herein (the “mentioned person”), whether such activities were carried out in the name of the club or by falsely claiming affiliation with Dragon City Club.
The club confirms that the mentioned person does not have any authorization, representation rights, or legal capacity to act on behalf of Dragon City Club in any manner whatsoever.
Furthermore, Dragon City Club and its management have taken all necessary legal actions and procedures against the mentioned person in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and the matter has been referred to the competent legal authorities.
Accordingly, Dragon City Club, its owners, management, employees, and representatives shall bear no legal or financial liability for any losses, damages, or claims arising from or related to the fraudulent acts committed by the mentioned person.
